The Design presentation consists of a personalized design proposal with a sample board and budgetary costs.

Planning Phase
After Finalized the Design, then we prepare BOQ for the implementation of the project. If the project is finalized, then we prepare Derails Working Drawing – Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Plumbing and also need basis.

Project Implementation and Construction:
Then we procure the best possible Materials and supplies for the project Workforce and Supervisor Team Setup. Each phase of the construction is monitored, ensuring that the Client is kept informed and up to date at all times.

Handover & After Sales Service

First, CCL Tram set up an or Project meeting with the client as per his schedule to understand his needs and budget. After that, accordingly we send the quotation to the client which includes the cost of work for each phase, how the work will be done, in how many days the work will be handed over. If everything mentioned in the quotation seems right to you, then we proceed to the next phase. That is the design phase, first we do 2D DESIGN through accurate MEASUREMENT of your space. Later we submit the 3D DESIGN to you accordingly, after getting the green signal from you we start your project development work. Our main aim is to HAND OVER your work within the time mentioned in the quotation. Our work does not end with Project HAND OVER alone. By providing WARRANTY CARD after the completion of the project, we provide AFTER SELLS service up to a certain period.
